Our policy is to use only high-quality, fresh seafood. Acceptable prices and the lack of portioned meals (as for seafood) are our principles of work. You choose the size of the fish. Our restaurant is also for gourmets, accustomed to exclusive fish restaurants, and for people who are just beginning to get acquainted with the best aspects of seafood. Our feature is to serve fish dishes. In principle, it is typical for a good fish restaurant, but in Moscow you will see this infrequently. Near the showcase, sparkling with thousands of fragments of ice and colorful inhabitants of the sea, you choose fish and seafood yourself and discuss with the cook how they will prepare it for you.
We have seven options to cook: on the grill; lesho (boiled in water); in sea salt ; on paper (with vegetables), "home" (in the oven), steamed fish, "a la dula" (very tasty), and also we can cook according to your recipe. Not forgotten and a variety of shellfish. Squids, cuttlefish and octopus will appear on your table as a hot snack, in the form of salad, as carpaccio (cut into thin fillets, in salt, with a drop of balsamic wine vinegar and butter).
And, of course, we can suggest the products of our aquarium: all kinds of live mussels, oysters, scallops, lobsters and crabs can be cooked on the grill or on special home recipes. All this sea splendor is complemented by various salads, amazing home-made bread, and of course, excellent wines (by Spain, France, Chile, Italy, Croatia, Serbia, etc.).
